Kayak Fishing Women

It’s not every day that you will find Rachael willing to lip a fish.  Our past kayak fishing trip on Lake Murray in June had her pushing the boundaries of what she thought she could do.  Rachael has come a long way since her first paddling excursion in Mexico in 2007.  In fact, both of us were convinced that she would never find herself back in the seat of a kayak after that rough experience.  But things change and her determination to not give up on kayaking has blossomed into something I could have never predicted.  I think it is safe to say that Rachael is hooked on kayak fishing.

  1. Thanks! I use a PlaySport in the front and a GoPro HD as the rear camera. I like both of them as each has different strengths and weaknesses. I mount the rear camera on a custom made telescoping pole. In fact, when PKF's FB page (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Palmetto-Kayak-Fishing-LLC/145742002123179?v=wall) reaches 300 fans, I will post free downloadable instructions on how to build the pole for less than $15.
